Balwinder, who has been a screenplay author for movies like Mubarakan and Firangi, additional revealed how he helped Sasha for a scene in Kabir Singh. “Shahid himself is a Punjabi but he is born and brought up in Mumbai. So I just had to help him with the authenticity of the language and a few words.”
