Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra are all set to entertain us this Dussehra with their rom-com, Namaste England. Slated to launch on October 19, the film, which has been produced and directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, might be Arjun and Pari’s second movie collectively after Ishqzaade, and we will not wait to see their chemistry unfold onscreen. If you want a recap, the trailer showcased the journey of Jasmeet, Param, and their cute love story. The preliminary a part of the trailer appeared to be stuffed with the glad moments shared between the Punjabi couple. However, issues take a U-flip when Jasmeet decides to jet off to London. Having stated that, nothing takes away from the truth that the film reminds one about its namesake Namaste London, one other Vipul Shah directorial that featured Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif because the lead pair. But say what you might, Arjun and Parineeti haven’t any qualms about it. In an unique interview with us, the duo opened up in regards to the comparisons between each the flicks. When quizzed if that bothers them in any respect, Arjun quipped, “It’s a good comparison. The idea to call it Namaste England stems from the fact that it’s in the same milieu. It’s the same flavour, same tone, the same world if you call it and it is supposed to resonate with you the same way Namaste London did at a texture level. So, we are happy with the comparisons but it’s not a sequel. In today’s day and world what happens is comparison is the only way you can start talking.” And Parineeti nodded in settlement. Earlier, the actor had opened about his crackling chemistry with Pari and had stated, “It comes down purely to the comfort created by both of us sub-consciously in the first film. Ismein bhi nok jhok hai, jhagda hai but yeh shaadi shuda couple ki Kahani hai. In a very strange way, what Parma-Zoya (in Ishaqzaade) had the potential to become, Param and Jasmeet are (in Namaste England). They are still very strong, individual personalities; it’s in a different setting and milieu.
